Since 1979, Orior has thrived on a dynamic collaboration between designers and makers to create contemporary classics. We are designers and builders, thinkers and makers, artists and artisans. Turning idea into furniture

Brian and Rosie envisioned a family business that encompassed both Scandinavian design and Irish heritage–a business founded on commitment and skill. Today, their son Ciaran McGuigan builds upon the foundation started by his parents as the creative director.

Each piece is handcrafted at our workshop in Ireland. Skilled and dedicated furniture makers combine long standing Irish traditions of excellent craftsmanship with a contemporary spirit.
