I love these books. As a designer and a design lover looking at the work of the greats, past and present, is an essential resource for me. We have been blessed with some knockout book releases recently, from Martin Brudnizki, The Bible of British Taste and Nicola Harding.
Frank Lloyd Wright and Dorothy Draper, although worlds apart in style, have always been the pillars of my design library, and of course Edward Bulmer’s The Colourful Past is an essential for anyone interested in English interiors, its brilliant.
For when inspiration strikes? It’s got to be a notepad from The Kensington Paperie, they are to die for.
