Delivery and RETURNS

 

Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs (which include VAT) vary depending on the products ordered and your delivery address. Please see the "Delivery & Returns Information" page for details. Delivery costs applicable to your order will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order (included in the "Total Cost" shown on the order summary page).

Delivery and lead times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delivery and lead time delays.

All products will be delivered by our or our suppliers' logistics partners in coordination with the relevant Supplier, according to the estimated delivery time on the product listing page.

We are proud to have Henley Shipping as our White Glove Delivery partner for all our high value pieces and furniture. Henley are able to assist with storage and delivery of all your items at a convenient time or at the completion of a project. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

All Made to Order, Fabric Cut to Order, Customised, Personalised, and Bespoke items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged, or shortfall issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order for a replacement to be issued. No claims will be accepted outside this time limit.

All goods are returned at your own risk.

Beyond the above, we accept no liability in relation to faulty or damaged goods or shortfalls on delivery. In no event shall our liability exceed the value of the goods in question.
